How to delete your data from CarAi, iCloud and Android backups.

Overview

CarAi has no user account and the publisher operates no servers that hold your data. There is therefore no account to delete and no data held by the publisher. Your data is on your device and, if you use these options, in your iCloud or Google backup. Here is how to delete it:

Delete data in the app

1. Open and delete individual entries (fuel-ups, workshop visits, documents).
2. Delete an entire vehicle, including its entries, in the garage.

Delete iCloud data (iOS)

1. Open Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → iCloud.
2. Manage Storage (or “Manage Account Storage”) → select CarAi.
3. Delete the data and confirm.

You can also switch off iCloud for CarAi in the same view.

Delete Android backup

1. Open Google Drive → menu → Backups (or Settings → Google → Backup on your device).
2. Select the device backup and delete it, or turn off auto backup.

Labels may differ slightly depending on device and Android version.

Uninstall the app

Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device. Data in iCloud or Google backups remains until you delete it as described above. Uninstalling does not end a subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID or in Google Play (see Support).
